Cooking For Fundraising & Crowds w/ MSU Extension

Downstairs Carlson Hall 202 S. Albert St. • LeRoy, MI
Registration is $15 per person, or per couple, for class materials.
Participants will learn about safe purchase, storage, preparation and service when preparing food for events or fundraisers, with extended Q&A about the Cottage Food Industry.  This class will be taught by an instructor from the MSU Extension.
Each participant receives a Cooking for Crowds food safety book, which highlights food safety information as well as resources and tools to help safely plan your next food sale or event.
